Experience the country’s best sparkling wines at the Christmas Sparkling Wine Tasting next week, on December 16
On December 16, at 4pm, experience a Sparkling Christmas Wine Tasting at the Morgado de Quintão, an event partnered with Eviva Wine School Algarve and the talented wine educator and sommelier Andressa Noitel, in the beautiful scenery of the Morgado de Quintão’s ancient vines and enjoy a pre-Christmas bubbly gathering with friends and family.
The Sparkling Wine Tasting will include some of the country’s best sparkling wines, Portuguese cheese and charcuterie from the local producers and an additional surprise by the Morgado do Quintão.
Morgado de Quintão: A little bit of history
Founded in the early 1810s by the 1st Count of Silves, Morgado do Quintão remains in the same family, now with the fourth generation. Today, the estate is where passion for the land, food and entertainment merges with a love of local heritage, beauty and conservation. In the last four years, Morgado do Quintão has grown from 2.000 to 20.000 bottles produced annually.

Cost is €60 per person. The tasting includes a local cheese and cold meat board and afternoon nibbles.
