On August 10, an exceptional star alignment will take place at Ocean restaurant, at the Vila Vila Parc Resort & Spa, in Porches, with acclaimed chefs Jacob-Jan Boerma (three stars), Jan Hartwig (three stars) and Hans Neuner (two stars) orchestrating a six-hands dinner, with the promise of an inspirational and memorable culinary experience.
Side by side, the eight Michelin Stars belonging to restaurants that are part of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, will create a 12-course dinner for an intimate audience restricted to 25 people, which favours regional products, local producers and respects seasonality.
