Experience this Festive Season like no other with “A Warm Christmas” concert featuring a Big Band of 19 live musicians, in Silves’s Main Square
December 19, at 9pm, the Algarve Jazz Orchestra and Marta Hugon will perform “A Warm Christmas” concert, in Silves at the Al-Muthamid Square.
Marta Hugon, one of today’s most popular Portuguese jazz singers, joins the Algarve Jazz Orchestra for “A Warm Christmas” where attendees can enjoy some of the most emblematic season standards, such as “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”, but also others like “Time After Time”, “Misty” or “Embraceable You”. Songs immortalized by the voices of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, and many, many other voices.

The “Orquestra de Jazz do Algarve”, a Big Band comprised of 18 musicians, was created by Hugo Alves, and is a unique and nationally respected project, due to the importance it has had in promoting music and jazz in the country, in the training of musicians, and above all, for the high-quality musical shows it has provided.
The event will be carried out using an entrance voucher (delivered at the venue up to one hour before the start of the show). Due to the limited number of seats, the availability of vouchers is limited to one per person. Entrance is free.
