The Cooked Book that’s good enough to eat


Dieter Koschina, of the 2-Michelin-star Vila Joya, and Ivity Brand Corp joined forces to create The Cooked Book Project. Presented on the ­occasion of FOLIO – Óbidos International Literature Festival, which took place in early October, the book blends cooking and art in a very creative way. The aim of the publication, with an ­edible cover, is to challenge pre-­conceived ideas and pay tribute to chefs across the world. A true photographic menu, each dish featured has a story and each chef is a writer.
