Vale do Lobo resort is welcoming the summer season with a packed calendar of live music events.
With the resort’s fields as the backdrop, the open-air concerts will light up the late afternoons from June to September, bringing the evenings to a close in magical sunset settings – perfect for creating lasting memories.
Running until September 6, the Vale do Lobo 2025 Summer Events Programme offers what it calls a “superb blend of musical experiences, offering unforgettable summer evenings filled with rhythm and joy, with something to suit all tastes and preferences”.
Among this year’s highlights are three major open-air concerts at Parque do Golfe, with tributes to music legends Tina Turner, the Beatles, and Michael Jackson.
Throughout the summer, guests can expect a wide variety of music styles – from jazz and fado to samba – with each concert promising a “unique and memorable musical journey”.
In June, a series of intimate Saturday evening concerts will take place at the Tennis Academy from 8.30pm, featuring a mix of artists and musical groups. The resort describes these as “unmissable shows for all ages in a magical twilight atmosphere”.
A bar service will be available, and guests can also choose to dine at Smash or Smash Sports Bar. Overlooking the tennis courts and surrounded by pine forest, the relaxed lounge setting creates a casual and inviting vibe perfect for enjoying live music with family or friends. The musical line-up showcases high-quality acts across several genres.
On July 5, Gringo’s Washboard Band returns to Vale do Lobo with “Jazz & Blues at Sunset”, promising an “evening of irresistibly engaging rhythm and charm”.
One of this summer’s standout moments will be Tina, The Queen of Rhythm, on July 19. Set on the golf course at dusk, this tribute show will take audiences on a musical journey through Tina Turner’s greatest hits – an energetic and unforgettable performance filled with talent, passion, and timeless pop-rock classics.
Closing the Tennis Academy summer series on August 2 is Fado with Soul, featuring renowned singer Ana Laíns. Guests can expect an “evocative and soulful sunset performance of contemporary fado in a deeply moving and authentic atmosphere”.
On August 16, Parque do Golfe will host a tribute to the legendary Beatles. In Vale do Lobo’s elegant but relaxed setting, the internationally acclaimed band The Bestbeat will recreate the look, sound, and spirit of the Fab Four with remarkable detail, with classic tracks like Hey Jude, Let It Be, and Twist and Shout.
To conclude the series of musical concerts at Parque do Golfe on September 6 at 7.30pm, Vale do Lobo is promising “a truly unforgettable experience – a spectacular open-air tribute to Michael Jackson. Set against a stunning sunset over the golf course, acclaimed performer Ben Bowman brings the King of Pop back to life with incredible vocal precision, physical likeness, and signature dance moves. For one night only, audiences will feel as though they are witnessing Michael Jackson himself live on stage”.
