The Iyashi Dôme takes place in a sauna capsule with infrared rays that heat the body safely and effectively, helping to promote deep detoxification, weight loss and improve general well-being.

During the session, which lasts 30 minutes, the body can eliminate up to 1200ml of sweat and burn approximately 600 calories. This process helps to rejuvenate the skin, eliminate toxins, stimulate the metabolism and promote relaxation.

Pure Essence Algarve Spa promotes vinotherapy experiences 

The Pure Essence Algarve Spa, located in Almancil, has a new vinotherapy experience.

The treatment, which combines grape-derived ingredients to provide a unique sensory experience, uses the antioxidant benefits of this fruit to promote skin rejuvenation, natural detoxification and deep relaxation.

Wine therapy, which also aims to revitalise the body and renew the spirit, comes in addition to therapeutic and relaxing massages and spa rituals, including the Moroccan Hammam, the Algarve Ritual, the Energetic Ritual and the Relaxing Ritual.

At Pure Essence Algarve Spa all treatments are conducted with vegan products and pure essential oils, ensuring a natural and sustainable experience. 

New yoga studio with unique concept in Loulé 

11:11 Yoga Art Gallery opened early this year and presents a unique blend of yoga, art, and community.

Founded by Dee, a Portuguese artist and certified yoga teacher, the studio offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga classes, as well as other wellness experiences such as singing circles, cacao ceremonies, breathwork and meditation.

Starting in June, the studio will be hosting monthly hosting “vernissages and exhibitions aimed at promoting wellness practices surrounded by art pieces”.

The space also doubles as a vintage shop and sells handcrafted items from local artists.
