Now in its 18th annual edition, QP Savills are excited to release the latest edition of their Guide, An Eye for Property 2020.
The 166-page Property Guide has always been a highly respected publication focusing on the property market in the Central Algarve. It highlights important changes to taxation and legislation, as well as featuring interesting market statistics and trends. There are interviews, a Market Report and the Guide also spotlights some of the most extraordinary properties along the coast.

To collect a copy, pass by their branch in Quinta do Lago which you can find as you leave the main Q roundabout and head towards Pinheiros Altos. For easy social distancing pick-up, the Guides are stacked up at the entrance door. The doors are now open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
