Explore the winter night sky

Vale do Lobo Resort in Almancil is hosting an astronomical observation event this Saturday from 6pm to 8pm at the resort’s Parque do Golf.

Astronomy enthusiasts can explore the winter night sky with the help of a powerful motorised telescope. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe the Moon, which will be nearly full on that day, as well as planets such as Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. Additionally, they can marvel at the breathtaking Orion Nebula, the most famous nebula in the winter skies.

The event is suitable for the whole family and caters to different levels of interest.
