Three days of sunset open-fire cooking, intimate live concerts, and a unique, relaxed fine dining experience – all set in a family-friendly atmosphere with top national and international chefs
Chefs on Fire, a festival “unlike any other”, is a distinctive gastronomic celebration that brings together acclaimed chefs and live music in a one-of-a-kind setting, where open flames and culinary creativity take centre stage.

The festival’s full line-up has been revealed for the Vilamoura edition, set to take place at the Algarve resort from June 20 to 22.
Twelve chefs will showcase their signature dishes over fire, honouring the rich and diverse flavours of the Algarve.

In the meat corner, expect flame-grilled perfection from Marin Colomès (Alfredo), Pedro Pinto (Viceroy), and João Oliveira (Vista – Michelin Star + 2 Repsol Suns).
Seafood enthusiasts can look forward to exquisite creations by José Lopes (Bon Bon), Louis Anjos (Al Sud), and Noélia Jerónimo (Noélia).

Vegetarians are well catered for too, with inventive and flavourful offerings from Paulo Carvalho (Zagaia), João Narigueta (Híbrido), and Lívia Orofino (Canalha – 1 Repsol Sun).
For those with a sweet tooth, dessert is in the expert hands of Márcio Baltazar (named Baker of the Year in 2022), Diogo Lopes (Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon), and Rita Santos (Esporão – 2 Repsol Suns).

Music is an integral part of the experience, with headline performances from Capitão Fausto (June 20), Best Youth (June 21), and Gisela João (June 22) adding to the festival’s unique ambience.
Organised by Lohad in partnership with Vilamoura World, Chefs on Fire offers visitors a four-course tasting journey – meat, fish, vegetarian, and dessert – paired with an intimate live concert each evening, all for €60 per day. A dedicated vegetarian menu is also available.
