Tivoli Carvoeiro to host a special epicurean night with exceptional chefs this May 10

The One Restaurant promises a sensory evening of culinary excellence

The Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve Resort, located on the golden cliffs of Carvoeiro, invites guests and visitors to a live gastronomic experience where food takes centre stage on May 10th.

The One Restaurant will present its first Epicurean Encounter, “a celebration of creativity, talent and flavour” taking place at 8pm.

Two outstanding chefs will come together to offer an unforgettable culinary journey.

The One Restaurant

Bruno Augusto, executive chef of The One Restaurant, will welcome the acclaimed guest chef Rodrigo Castelo, of the Michelin-starred Ó Balcão restaurant in Santarém. Castelo also holds a Green Star and was recently awarded Two Suns and the Sustainable Sun by the Repsol Guide.

Known for his dedication to sustainable gastronomy and his innovative take on the traditional flavours of the river, Rodrigo Castelo will bring his signature intensity and creativity. His culinary vision will merge with Bruno Augusto’s refined, contemporary style in a collaborative menu that reflects both regions and chefs.

The result will be an exclusive, seasonal menu inspired by local tradition, where each dish will tell a unique story, and diners will be treated to a surprising fusion between land and sea, where Ribatejo meets the Algarve.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of wines, elevating the dining experience – a reference to the restaurant’s recognition by the prestigious Wine Spectator Award.

The experience costs €95 per person (with wine pairing included) and promises to be “the start of a series of memorable encounters between chefs and flavours”.

Reservations can be made via The Fork’s website here.
