With an estimated 20,000 attendees, this year’s GALAXIA Boat Show will feature the largest collection of electric boats in Europe
This year’s Galaxia Boat Show will combine a traditional boat show with a festival environment, featuring live music by internationally renowned musicians, creating an event that celebrates the ocean, the lifestyle, and cleaner boating technology.
According to the event organisers, the aim is to showcase and support the implementation “of new sustainable solutions for a more ethical boating sector”, which “is essential if we are to continue enjoying the pleasures of the sea while responding authentically to the challenges of its preservation.” GALAXIA intends to define “a new norm”, they state.
With the ‘GALAXIA Interstella Conference‘, the first day will focus on promoting a dialogue on protecting our oceans and the BlueEconomy. The conference will bring together boat manufacturers, industry professionals, infrastructure providers, government officials, and students to share best practices, identify barriers, and establish a working environment.
The upcoming three-day event is set to offer a range of activities for people of all ages. There will be a series of different activities and experiences available, such as eMobility Water Toys, Wakeboarding and Sunset Champagne Cruises with Live DJs, as well as live performances by Rudimental on the main stage.
Visitors can also explore the general exhibitions of electric boats and suppliers, and taste local cuisine including seafood, tapas and paella and other regional dishes.
Additionally, artisans will showcase their finest arts and crafts, providing an opportunity for attendees to take home unique souvenirs.
The event will also host a “Galaxia Marinas Conference” and a “Start-Up Hub”, providing a platform for entrepreneurs and industry experts to share ideas and insights.
The three-day event promises to be a memorable one for all who attend.
