Hans Neuner, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Rui Paula, Dieter Koschina, and Scar Geadas join host chef Rui Silvestre for a “unique gastronomic experience” accompanied by live music by local musicians

The Michelin-starred restaurant Vistas Rui Silvestre in the Monte Rei Resort Golf & Country Club resort will be the stage for a memorable gastronomic experience.

During this singular evening, each chef will present iconic dishes from their gastronomic project distinguished by the prestigious Michelin Guide.

Host chef Rui Silvestre will be joined by Hans Neuner (Ocean, 2*), Henrique Sá Pessoa (Alma, 2*), Rui Paula (Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, 2*), Dieter Koschina (Vila Joya, 2*) and Óscar Geadas (Pousada G, 1*).

Each guest chef will have a live cooking station where he will prepare a signature dish.

The menu will be complemented by gastronomic proposals made by the host chef. This journey of flavours will be harmonised with Barranco Longo and Villa Alvor wines (partners of the event) as a tribute to Algarve wines.

“The Chefs Garden Party is a unique event in our country, an initiative that brings together leading names of the Portuguese gastronomic scene with internationally recognised work. “This is a way of celebrating Portuguese gastronomy at a time when the Algarve has a lot of tourists and visitors curious about our cuisine. We want to contribute to providing a quality and differentiating experience, with a unique night, which also brings together the best of the region’s culture and crafts, with exhibitions by local artists,” he concludes.

Tickets for the Chefs Garden Party cost €290 per person, €145 for children aged 6 to 12, and free for children under 5. The event will start at 7pm, and reservations must be made by email – [email protected] – or by phone – 281 950 950.
