The newest development in Quinta do Lago has opened two show apartments, named Panorama and Garden, to introduce buyers to everything it has to offer
For over 50 years now, Quinta do Lago has set an unrivalled standard for residential resort living coupled with golf.
One Green Way is being developed by SPX Capital, one of Brazil’s largest asset management companies, and Green Jacket Partners, a Portuguese real estate investment company, who started the project last year which comprises 27 villas and 62 apartments.
Panorama Terrace

Designed by PLAN Associated Architects, the exterior architecture of the 89 units includes buildings lined with travertine marble from Rome, enhanced by wood accents, ventilated facades and hanging gardens.

Inside, the bathrooms are finished with Ibiza marble and all the decoration is carried out by Vilaça Interiores, who will personalise the spaces according to the lifestyle and family dynamics of each owner.
The landscaping has the Cracknell signature, known for their work on the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.
Panorama bed and en suite
Ranging from three to six bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, all units have private parking, lift, heated pool, cinema room, office, marble fireplace, invisible sound, wine cellar for hundreds of bottles and underfloor heating. For the villas, there is also a heated rooftop pool, golf locker, gym with sauna and jacuzzi.
Garden Living Room
Located by the North Course and Quinta Shopping, the condominium features a running track, two padel courts and a high-tech gym with a yoga room, five golf simulators, two running simulators, a swimming pool and a cycling area. And the fully equipped office centre, covering 1,000 square metres, allows residents to continue running their businesses.
Panorama Cinema
