There’s no better way to kick off autumn than with the return of Oktoberfest at Vila Vita Biergarten on September 21

Oktoberfest returns to the Algarve from September 21 to October 8 with all the fervour and flavour of a South German beer celebration.

The typical German festival atmosphere will be recreated in the genuine “beer garden” managed by Vila Vita Parc, with a lot of entertainment, and a menu with Bavarian delicacies to be enjoyed on the traditional long tables.

The event will feature one of the most respected German breweries, Erdinger, which will be served in a very authentic atmosphere accompanied by live music by a well-known traditional music band from Bavaria that has been part of the event for the past decade.

Whether coming for an evening or more, there will be great food, beer, and live music to enjoy.

The resort’s Biergarten is a typical German food restaurant with authentic touches — including long benches and murals featuring scenes from Bavarian life. Located in Porches, it serves sausages made in-house, typical German dishes, such as schnitzel, herring, pretzels, potato salad, ham hock and apple strudel, and German beer, all served by employees in traditional costumes.
