Fine & Country Portugal received the Best Real Estate Marketing Portugal award at the International Property Awards 2026, held on October 22 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

The agency also received an Award Winner distinction in the Real Estate Agency Website Portugal category and has been nominated for Best Real Estate Marketing at both European and international levels.
Established in 1993, the International Property Awards recognise excellence across the property sector, with an independent panel of judges assessing originality, innovation, quality and impact.
“The recognition in London, in front of the international property industry, is hugely rewarding. It shows that luxury real estate in Portugal can be communicated with rigour, identity and global ambition.
