Glee Boutique Café presents limited edition Halloween sweets from October 26

A true sensory experience, the café at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura also unveils its Autumn-Winter collection

Glee Boutique Café presents its Special Halloween Edition of sweets, available from October 26 and 31 at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura.

Unique creations will be available for a very limited time, celebrating “imagination, colour and the pleasure of being carried away by mystery”, created by chef Patrick Mestre.

This café invites visitors to discover legendary characters for the Halloween collection (each costing €8): the ‘Witch’, enveloped in exotic aromas of coconut biscuit covered with creamy blackberry and lemongrass, coconut ganache and a final spell of blackberry coulis; the ‘Spider’, weaving its web with a delicate almond and coffee joconde biscuit, coulis and raspberry and speculoos mousse; the awakening ‘Mummy’, featuring a comforting pecan biscuit filled with pumpkin compote and creamy milk chocolate, wrapped in a golden brown sugar crumble; and the ‘Phantom’, with crunchy meringue, olive oil and bergamot biscuit, redcurrant coulis and a creamy white chocolate and vanilla that melts in the mouth.

Completing the Halloween collection is the ‘Vampire’s Eye’, a white chocolate bonbon with coconut ganache and raspberry coulis, “an impossible temptation to resist” (costing €3 each).

Glee is also unveiling its Autumn-Winter 2025 Collection, a tribute to “flavours that warm the body and soul” during the colder days.

Featuring nuts, spices and aromas of the season, these delicate creations combine comfort with sophistication: Banana, paired with noisette butter financier, creamy banana and spices with yoghurt mousse; the autumnal elegance of Persimmon, where pistachio and ginger meet in a velvety cream; and the irresistible Macadamia Brownie, layered praline, São Tomé chocolate and tonka bean caramel.

Always innovating, the café will also have other classics such as the Hazelnut Tartlet; the Pomelo, with citrus notes of grapefruit; and the Peanut Paris-Breast, a fusion of French tradition and Algarve soul. All daily pastries are priced at €7 each.

There will be many flavours to choose from in the Autumn-Winter 2025 bonbons (€2 each) form the combination of Pumpkin and Coffee to the eccentricity of Strawberry and Bacon, the freshness of Hazelnut, Lime and Shiso and the comforting warmth of Banana Caramel.

All sweets are available at the Glee Boutique Café and can be also purchased online at gleeboutiquecafe.pt.
