The life of an entrepreneur is full of challenges and stages in the development of your idea and your business.  

The amount of information we have at our disposal makes its treatment perhaps the greatest contemporary challenge for our companies and for our lives as consumers. Regardless of the activity we do, looking for ways to improve our business performance is essential to our growth as a company.  

Artificial Intelligence nowadays is seen as a solution to all issues. Does Artificial Intelligence have an answer to all our doubts? How is this new form of information fed, and how can we harness it?

Like any tool we have at our disposal, the most important thing is to know how to take advantage of that tool. There are many improvement processes using Artificial Intelligence today. The lack of knowledge and the usefulness of the different resources, and what they can bring to our business is a great challenge for us. For some time now, we have been using applications that use automated processes, and that help us to be more reliable in what we do. 

In 2021 we started a process of digitising our processes for producing financial information for our clients. In 2025 we will upgrade this process again. As with any improvement process, it must be accompanied by an evaluation of its result. The basic premise of any process must be to treat the same what is the same, and to treat the different differently.  

The process of dematerialisation of processes must always remember that any process needs people. Only people can validate the processes and assess their need and usefulness. In the end, the usefulness of an improvement process is what should guide its need.  

On the beginning of each year, we always make a letter of intent and wishes, but at the end of this year what differentiates us is always the ability to have reached where we wanted to go.
