The most vibrant spot at Pine Cliffs Resort is back and brings some gastronomic novelties, with a new Espresso Bar, a Gourmet Shop and food and wine workshops
Located at the resort’s Lemon Square, MIMO Algarve is now open with a new Espresso Bar and a Gourmet Shop with new local products that showcase the best the region, and the country, have to offer. And starting at 6pm, Praceta dos Limoeiros lights up for wine tastings and tapas until 10.30pm.
The Espresso Bar serves freshly baked artisanal pastries and signature coffees, and the onsite Gourmet Shop offers a variety of products from all over Portugal, all handmade in small batches. From artisanal ceramics to regional delicacies or locally sourced “Vale do Freixo” products (including olive oil, honey, aromatic herbs, teas, and delicious jams).
MIMO‘s Cooking School offers Gastronomic Experiences, open to everyone interested in learning new cooking techniques in a friendly group environment. Workshops are open for children and adults, with a great variety to choose from: Family Time Pastries (52€ adults, 23€ children); Plant Based Foods (€68); Codfish One-on-One (€68); Brunch Favourites (€68 adults, €34 children); Cataplana Behind the Scenes (€125).
