The Albufeira resort is planning several events to mark its 30th-anniversary celebration

Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira is celebrating its 30^th anniversary with a range of events and the launch of a promotional video entitled ‘The Meaning of Life’.

The video showcases the variety of experiences that can be enjoyed at the resort, from delicious meals and stunning pools to the region’s world-famous beaches.

The anniversary is also being celebrated with the reopening of Mimo Algarve, which offers “several gastronomic experiences in one space.”

During the day, it operates as an Espresso Bar, a novelty for this anniversary year, and a Gourmet Store with fresh local products which aim to “promote the region”. Mimo Algarve’s culinary school will also reopen soon, allowing guests to learn new recipes.

At night, the space will give guests the opportunity to enjoy wines and ‘petiscos’ (tapas) and also book a spot at the Chef’s Table, which will offer a special wine pairing meal.

The anniversary agenda also included the second Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival (May 3 and 8), an event that allowed guests to enjoy live music whilst taking in the stunning views of the sea.
