The Algarve resort welcomes chef Benoît Sinthon to the last dinner of its main gastronomic event
Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira is preparing for its last dinner of the 3rd edition of Chef’s Table on May 31, an event that celebrates national cuisine by offering an exclusive and intimate experience working alongside top national chefs.
The event will be hosted by chef Benoît Sinthon, who oversees Il Gallo D’Oro restaurant in Madeira (two Michelin Stars and one Green Michelin Star).
The chef will be participating in the event for the first time, travelling from Madeira to the Algarve, to present a menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine that combines the flavours of the land and the sea.
The Chef’s Table dinner will take place at the resort’s MIMO Algarve venue and will feature a welcome drink, a specially curated menu by the head chef with six moments, and wine pairings.
The 3rd edition of Chef’s Table introduced a new feature to the event: a fish dish crafted by the Michelin chef will be served at Pine Cliffs’ O Pescador restaurant a day after the dinner.
The Chef’s Table dinner will start at 8pm, and costs €195 per person, limited to 26 people.
