Vila Vita Parc’s “Vine & Dine” series celebrates fine wine and gastronomy

This October and November, the Algarve’s luxury resort hosts a trio of sensory dinners celebrating fine wines and haute cuisine

Vila Vita Parc invites guests to a true sensory celebration with its new “Vine & Dine” series of exclusive dinners designed for wine enthusiasts. Held on October 15, November 7 and November 28, these exceptional evenings will bring together renowned national and international producers for a unique fusion of fine wines paired with an eight-course menu created by chef Alípio Branco.

On October 15, the spotlight falls on a dinner dedicated to the acclaimed Bodegas Vega Sicilia, guided by Zita Rojkovich, general manager of the estate. The evening will unfold across six gastronomic moments envisioned by chef Alípio, each complemented by an extraordinary wine pairing.

On November 7, Sandeman takes centre stage for a night devoted entirely to Port wine, with Georges Sandeman himself in attendance.

Finally, on November 28, a show-stopping dinner will be held in partnership with the prestigious Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, marking its first appearance in Portugal, in collaboration with the Niepoort family. This extraordinary event offers a rare opportunity for guests to taste wines from one of Burgundy’s most revered estates, and one of the world’s finest.

“Vine & Dine is more than just a dinner; it is a sensory celebration that brings together some of the most esteemed national and international wine producers. This first edition aims to highlight the value of Portuguese wines, demonstrating that they not only rival but often surpass the most prestigious international wines”, says Augusto Brumatti, head sommelier of Vila Vita Parc.

Brumatti adds: “These exclusive dinners offer a comparative and enriching experience, with a duo of wines served at each moment: one national and one international reference. This allows guests to explore and celebrate the excellence of our wines alongside the best in the world.”

At a single, exclusive table for just 20 guests, participants will enjoy an eight-course tasting menu curated by chef Alípio Branco, crafted to perfectly complement an exceptional selection of wines,  half Portuguese, half international. Each pairing has been meticulously chosen to showcase both the artistry of local winemaking and international excellence.

All dinners begin at 8pm, with a reservation required due to the very limited number of seats. Bookings can be made directly via Vila Vita Parc’s website or by email at [email protected].
