Bazaar: Hot new items in fashion and accessories from some of the world’s leading brands

There are a lot of options for this summer from Italian excellence to cutting-edge designs and sustainable materials – from Panerai and Prada to Hugo Boss and much more

Italian excellence

Panerai has teamed up with Prada to create the Luminor Due Prada Re-Nylon watch. With its slim, light and elegant lines, the new model features Prada Re-Nylon on its bracelets, available in alabaster pink and cornflower grey.

With a 38mm polished steel case engraved with the logos of the two Italian brands, it comes with a matte-white dial filled with Super-Luminova grey that shines green in low-visibility conditions. The date shows next to the 3 o’clock mark and the small seconds are at 9 o’clock.

Exclusive look

Hugo Boss’ new 2024 eyewear collection is divided into two distinct lines that are committed to providing more room for experimentation. With a palette that includes new colours, complemented by uniform, gradient or mirrored lenses, Authentic Line presents exclusive sunglasses with unconventional and modern designs, with various renditions of the brand’s logo on the temples.

The Contemporary Line brings new sunglasses and prescription glasses, created with a focus on the planet, produced with Renew Acetate and marked by lenses made from nylon or Tritan™ Renew, a premium plastic made from recycled materials.

Under the sea

Tous recently launched the Tous Grain, Tous Gloss and Tous Medallions collection, inspired by the ocean and featuring pieces with textures and contours reminiscent of the majestic seabed. Crafted in 18-carat silver and gold-plated silver, the pieces celebrate the beauty of the imperfection of freshwater pearls combined with precious metals.

The medallions are one of the highlights of this collection, with a mother-of-pearl base surrounded by small spheres that allude to the texture of sea urchins.

Like a diamond

Introduced in 2023, Sparkling Love by Chopard is a woody, floral perfume inspired by the sparkle of diamonds.

Created by Dora Baghriche, the French brand’s delicate and elegant feminine fragrance opens with notes of bergamot, mandarin and osmanthus, developing into a heart of jasmine sambac, tuberose and ylang ylang. The base notes include cedar and Helvetolide®.

Futuristic travel

Tumi’s iconic 19 Degree Aluminum collection has just added new styles that take on different formats with a futuristic design, a cool colour palette and distinctive elements. Featuring a leather back panel, the laptop backpack is the first of its kind from the brand, while the wheeled laptop case comes in a more compact size, perfect for business trips.

Meanwhile, the laptop briefcase boasts an impressive design, skilfully combining the quality and durability of aluminium with its signature elegance and uniqueness.

Brazilian mood

Veja’s iconic Volley model is back. Inspired by the volleyball shoes used in Brazil in the 1970s, this was the first shoe launched by the French sneaker brand in 2005 and it became an instant hit.

Designed to have a positive impact on society and the environment, combining eco-friendly materials and ensuring the use of sustainable practices throughout the production chain, the Volley now returns in nine different colour combinations, with an upper layer made of organic cotton and O.T. (Organic Traced) leather, and an Amazon rubber sole.

Celebrating an icon

To mark the 100th anniversary of the iconic Meisterstück writing instruments, Montblanc has released the Meisterstück ‘The Origin’ collection. Each edition is adorned with a specially designed nib that displays the number 100, as well as the years 1924 and 2024.

The cap ring is also decorated with both years. The original Meisterstück logo is also engraved on the side of each edition’s cap. Inspired by the different marble effects of the first Meisterstück writing instruments, the cap’s precious resin has an effect reminiscent of ink dissolving that has been purposely adapted to today’s most advanced production techniques.

Maximum resistance

Bell & Ross recently unveiled its BR 05 collection, with black ceramic taking centre stage. Ultra-resistant and lightweight, the three watches (BR 05 Black Ceramic, BR 05 Skeleton Black Ceramic and the 500-piece, limited edition BR 05 Skeleton Black Lum Ceramic) showcase the black ruthenium finishes of the automatic mechanical movement, calibre BR-CAL. 321-1, with a power reserve of 54 hours.

Preserving the signature rounded square design, the three new models are available with an integrated bracelet.
