International Michelin-star Chefs gear up for special party at Vila Vita

Vila Vita Parc is hosting a series of themed “World Edition” cooking events in celebration of its 30th anniversary, promising an unforgettable experience with the world’s top chefs

Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa is bringing together a constellation of three Michelin-star chefs for a unique party on August 2.

“The event ‘Reach for the Stars World Edition’ is taking over the entire Clubhouse building for an evening of exceptional culinary delights, refined wines from national and international producers and plenty of entertainment throughout the night,” says the resort.

A highlight of the 30th anniversary event calendar (which began in May and runs through November with themed dinners and national and international guest chefs), the ‘Reach for the Stars World Edition’ will kick off at 7pm with an impressive line-up of top international chefs.

All boast three Michelin stars. The line-up includes Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte), Christian Bau (Victor’s Fine Dining), Peter Knogl (Cheval Blanc), Sven Elverfeld (Aqua), Juan Amador (Amador), Gert de Mangeleer (Hertog Jan), among others, distributed over different areas and kitchens of the two floors of the Clubhouse.

The chefs’ creations will be accompanied by wines from national winemakers such as Niepoort, Cortes de Cima and Soalheiro and international brands like Lail Vineyards and Dom Pérignon.

For 30 years, Vila Vita Parc has been known for taking the culinary arts in the Algarve to a new level.
