Top Portuguese chefs provide live cooking for special three-dinner series with six-course tasting menu
Lovers of fine dining are being offered a rare chance to get closer to some of Portugal’s top chefs with the return of Chef’s Table at Pine Cliffs Resort, in Albufeira, this spring.
The exclusive dinner series brings together three Michelin-starred chefs for intimate dining experiences at the resort’s MIMO restaurant.
The first dinner features chef Alexandre Silva, from Lisbon’s Fogo and Loco restaurants, on April 17. This is followed by Rodolfo Lavrador from Lisbon’s Cura on May 1, with the series ending on May 15 with Arnaldo Azevedo from Porto’s Vila Foz.
Each evening offers a six-course menu created especially for the night, with dishes prepared live by the chefs. The experience begins at 8pm with a welcome cocktail, followed by a full tasting journey paired with curated wines.
With just 21 seats available per dinner, the Chef’s Table is designed to be an intimate experience, allowing guests to interact directly with the chefs and follow the inspiration behind each dish.

Prices are €195 per person, including wine pairing.
For more information, contact MIMO via [email protected] or (+351) 289 500 300. Reservations can be made through the resort’s official website.
