This September, enjoy unique cocktails at Vila Vita’s House Bar
Vila Vita Parc in Porches is set to host a unique pop-up bar experience at its House Bar, between September 17 (Tuesday) and 21 (Saturday), bringing Dr Stravinsky’s mixologists from Barcelona to the Algarve.
Cocktail enthusiasts are invited to experience a unique sensory journey at Dr Stravinsky’s pop-up bar in Porches, where the art of mixing cocktails and perfumes creates an unforgettable explosion of flavours and aromas.

The pop-up will be open for everyone between 7pm and 11pm, where Dr Stravinsky’s mixologists will create the best signature Spanish references, as well as try some of the brand’s latest creations.
The event will also celebrate the launch of Stravinsky’s Parfumerie, a new line of perfumes that takes an innovative approach to classic cocktails which are infused with perfumery ingredients, demonstrating “the power of flavour and its ability to completely transform our perception of a cocktail”.
Among Dr Stravinsky’s selection of original cocktails are the Camp Nou, a signature drink named by Time Out as one of the 36 cocktails “to try before you die” – which will be prepared with Ginraw, a gin carefully crafted to preserve the raw and natural essences of botanicals to enhance flavour and aroma. There is also the Crack The Beet cocktail, which is a best-seller from the bar’s latest menu, made with Tequila Curado, “a revolutionary brand that bridges the gap between mezcal and tequila”.
