The collection showcases handcrafted pastries and chocolate in imaginative forms

Glee Boutique Café brings a world of fantasy to life once again this Easter, with a new collection inspired by Alice in Wonderland, transforming classic characters into edible works of art.

Located within Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, the café presents its distinctive Easter Collection, combining flavour and design across a range of handcrafted pastries and chocolates.

Known for its refined, delicate pâtisserie and attention to detail, the café’s selection will offer no shortage of sweets, including macarons, truffles and bonbons in a variety of flavours, alongside Portuguese and French classics created in-house under the direction of pastry chef Patrick Mestre.

The Easter collection takes inspiration from the world of Alice in Wonderland, reimagining familiar characters through a playful and creative lens. Each piece focuses as much on presentation as flavour, with detailed finishes and unexpected combinations.

The Pastry Collection features four themed desserts (€9 each). The Rabbit is an almond and orange cake with orange compote and almond mousse, finished with a crunchy topping. The Cup draws on the Mad Hatter’s tea party, combining fennel cake and noisette butter with pumpkin compote and jasmine mousse. The Rose blends coconut dacquoise with red fruit ganache and white chocolate and tamarind mousse. Alice completes the selection with a sesame cake, praline and a yoghurt and lemon mousse.

Alongside these, the Chocolate Egg Collection presents a series of sculpted creations available in five chocolate varieties and two sizes, XS (55g) and XL (350–450g). Designs include Alice’s Garden in dark chocolate (€28), Mushroom in white chocolate (€28), Hatter in gold chocolate (€30), Cat in ruby chocolate (€32) and Queen of Hearts in milk chocolate (€25). The smaller versions are available at €9 each.

The collection also features two bonbons: Bombom de Paus, made with white chocolate, orange caramel and almond praline, and Bombom Relógio, combining milk chocolate with hazelnut feuillantine and noisette ganache (€3.50 each).

The Easter Collection is available to order now, with collection from March 30 to April 5.
