The restaurant, which overlooks the sea and the nature reserve, features a “colourful, modern, Mediterranean-inspired menu, full of traditional flavours and fresh ingredients showcasing the simplicity of home cooking”. Says the resort, it is suitable for relaxed lunches and evenings.

NANA on the Beach will be open until the end of the season with “sharing plates to taste, explore and enjoy every aspect of life on the beach”, including various Mediterranean dips of slightly spicy feta cheese or chickpea with tahini and smoked paprika or yoghurt with cucumber, garlic and fresh herbs, always accompanied by homemade pita bread from the Vila Vita bakery.

To these, more starters and salads can be added, such as grilled Halloumi cheese, tomato and kalamata olives; grilled octopus with harissa, tomato olive oil, roasted peppers; or chickpea falafel salad with celery, citrus from Silves and almonds.

The specialities are Orzos (rice-shaped pasta fried with semolina flour) with lamb meatballs or the Beef and Lamb Moussaka with Aubergine.

For a sweet ending, the homemade Greek ricotta and honey tarts or the homemade Greek ice-cream with honey and nuts, are good choices.

A wide selection of refreshing drinks and wines complement the menu as well as the background music of live guest DJs for a relaxed and summery, beachside atmosphere.
