The projects are designed to “make Vilamoura an even more extraordinary destination”
Vilamoura has just launched its newest real estate projects, Terracota and Nobilus, two private condominiums that are designed to “make Vilamoura an even more extraordinary destination”.
Each development has its unique differentiating factors, with Terracota focusing on a peaceful location, and Nobilus standing out for its quality, sustainable building materials.

Terracota
The Terracota condominium is located in an urban area just 10 minutes from the centre of Vilamoura, in a green area surrounded by pine trees, and is the ideal choice for those seeking the tranquillity of nature. The condominium is located close to the beach and Vilamoura’s five golf courses, making it convenient for its residents to enjoy the unique lifestyle Vilamoura offers.
Terracota comprises 87 apartments, including T2, T3 and T4 types, ranging between 78 m² and 157 m², all of which feature high-quality finishes and modern spaces. Outside, the spacious garden and communal area feature an exquisite swimming pool surrounded by white sand, creating the ambience of a private beach right at your doorstep.
Inspired by modern architecture, the project began construction at the beginning of May 2024 and is expected to be completed in May 2026. Prices start at €420,000, and around 20% of the condominium units have already been sold.

Terracota
The Nobilus project, with 47 apartments including T2, T3 and T4 types, stands out for its elegance and sustainable character in the heart of Vilamoura. The apartments range between 107 m² and 202 m² and are located in a highly prestigious area, five minutes from the centre, the beach, and the marina. In perfect harmony with the surrounding natural beauty, the condominium also has private and communal swimming pools and benefits from private parking.
Among the unique features of this project is the innovative and sustainable construction of the building, using cross-laminated timber (CLT). Not only does this material offer robustness comparable to concrete, but it is also a more eco-friendly alternative that contributes to reducing the carbon footprint of a condominium.
According to its founders, the name of this real estate project derives from the word “noble”, conveying the uniqueness of this private condominium.
The construction of Nobilus began at the end of April 2024, and the project is estimated to be completed at the end of 2025. Apartment prices start at €680,000, with sales set to begin at the start of summer.
According to Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, Chief Operating Officer of Norfin SGOIC, “Alongside the new Marina plan and enhancements at all Vilamoura golf courses, our goal with these two new projects is to enhance our visitors’ experience and offer a more comprehensive lifestyle for those who stay here. Our ambition also includes creating a new sports centre to promote a more active and healthy lifestyle, and expanding our hotel offer, ensuring that nothing is left to chance and that Vilamoura becomes even more extraordinary.”
“Terracota and Nobilus are two essential projects for the continued growth of Vilamoura. Joining Vilamoura Parque, Natura Village and The Nine, these two new projects complete our extensive and diverse portfolio, which responds to the different needs of those who see Vilamoura as an ideal destination to live, spend holidays and invest,” explains Nuno Banha, Director of Vilamoura Properties.
