‘Austria meets Portugal’ in a six-course gourmet menu by Portuguese and Austrian chefs
NUMA restaurant, which made the list of restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide this year, will host a one-of-a-kind culinary event on October 2 at 7 pm.
This exclusive occasion will showcase a six-course gourmet menu, featuring creations by four distinguished chefs, blending the flavours of the city of Linz, Austria, with the rich culinary traditions of Portugal.
Guests will experience a true cultural fusion, with Nuno Martins, owner and head chef at NUMA, Portimão, and João Mourato, chef at Quinta do Quetzal, in Vidigueira, representing Portugal. Joining them from Austria will be Andreas Zika, head chef at Kliemstein in Linz, and Michael A. Müller, the owner of Kliemstein.
Every course will be paired with a selection of both Portuguese labels from Quinta do Quetzal in the Alentejo, and wines from Vinovitis – Kliemstein Weinedition, from Austria.
Celebrating the friendship between Austria and Portugal, part of the event’s proceeds will be donated to a social project in the Algarve.
Seats are limited, and reservations can be made by emailing [email protected] or calling +351 282 432 454, from Monday to Saturday, starting at 7 pm.
