A one-night-only celebration of Italian gastronomy and Antinori’s 26-generation winemaking legacy
Gusto by Heinz Beck, the fine-dining restaurant led by the three-Michelin-star chef at Conrad Algarve, will host an intimate evening celebrating two of Italy’s finest traditions: gastronomy and winemaking.
Taking place on October 3 (Friday) at 7pm, the event will bring together the renowned chef Heinz Beck and the prestigious Antinori wine family for an unforgettable night.
The evening will open with a welcome reception featuring Antinori sparkling wines, during which Nicoleta Antinori will present the family’s 26-generation winemaking legacy. This will be followed by a seven-course menu created by chef Heinz Beck.
Antinori wines will complement and enhance each dish’s Mediterranean-inspired flavours. Guests will experience Italian culinary artistry along with historical wines at this dinner that promises to be “an unforgettable symphony of taste and aroma”.
The event includes a welcome reception, a signature menu, and wine pairings for €335 per person. Reservations are required in advance, as seating is limited.
