A menu rooted in Algarve flavours, expressed through modern technique 

Fuel, under chef Chakall and known for its blend of international cuisine with Algarvean influences, is celebrating St Anthony’s Day (June 12) by swapping traditional seasonal dishes for a four-hands dinner featuring two leading names in the culinary world.

Located at The Prime Energize Hotel & Spa in Monte Gordo, the evening offers a chance to discover the Algarve through new culinary interpretations in a relaxed setting, under chefs Chakall and Nuno Bergonse.

The creative gathering, starting at 8.30 pm, will see two distinct culinary identities come together to create a menu designed to surprise even the most discerning palates.

The evening unfolds with Bulhão Pato-style clam xerém with black pork chorizo and samphire, followed by octopus and prawn ceviche with Sardinian bread. Then, flavours of the sea will be featured, with tuna tartare with almonds and fig cheese, followed by flavours of the land with black pork fillet, whisky sauce and domino potatoes.

To finish, a creamy chocolate and Algarve orange dessert, and a mini duo of peanut and dulce de leche with fleur de sel will be served.
