Gusto by Heinz Beck launches new summer menu with special evening in Quinta do Lago on June 7


Heinz Beck and resident chef Stefano Bulla present a multi-course Italian tasting menu at Conrad Algarve

One of the Algarve’s best-known fine dining restaurants will host a one-night collaboration this June as chef Heinz Beck returns to Gusto by Heinz Beck for the launch of its new summer menu.

The german chef joins resident chef Stefano Bulla on June 7 at Conrad Algarve in Quinta do Lago, for an elegant evening focused on contemporary Italian cuisine.

The event marks the official presentation of Gusto’s summer menu, inspired by the flavours and seasonality of the Italian summer. Guests will be guided through a multi-course tasting menu designed around refined techniques and seasonal ingredients.

Each dish will be paired with a selection of Italian wines chosen to complement the menu, “designed to elevate each creation and reveal the essence of contemporary Italian cuisine”, the resort says in a statement.

Prices start at €190 per person for the seven-course menu, with wine pairing available for an additional €135. The more elaborate nine-course experience costs €220, with wine pairing priced at €150.

Organisers say availability is limited for what is expected to be one of the Algarve’s standout gastronomic events of the summer season.
