The One Wine Dinner will take food and wine lovers on an exclusive gastronomic journey, celebrating Portugal’s iconic Douro producer

The One restaurant, at the Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve Resort, will host a special wine dinner on November 7 (Friday), in partnership with Quinta do Crasto – an evening where flavours and aromas come together for an unforgettable moment.

Recipient of the Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator magazine, The One Restaurant continues to create exclusive experiences that showcase the best of contemporary cuisine paired with Portugal’s most celebrated wines.

The evening will unfold over five moments, beginning with a welcome drink of Crasto Rosé, a fresh and vibrant wine with a fruity and elegant profile, served alongside a selection of canapés to create the ideal atmosphere.

The first course presents crayfish with Jerusalem artichoke purée, lime and Oscietra Royal caviar, paired with Crasto Branco. Crafted from traditional Douro grape varieties, this wine offers a striking freshness, citrus and floral notes, perfectly complementing the dish’s delicate flavours and minerality.

The third course will be a dish of grouper with onion consommé and au jus with saffron crust and island cheese, accompanied by Crasto Altitude 430, a wine that reflects all the freshness and elegance of the Tinta Francisca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, bringing freshness and balance, enhancing the richness and layered textures of the dish.

For the main course, guests will enjoy a succulent beef tenderloin with smoked celery purée, boletus and chanterelles with black truffle, paired with Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz. This red wine, with its deep colour and robust structure, reveals aromas of ripe red fruit and notes of spices, which elevate the intensity of the dish.

To finish, a dessert of flexible dark chocolate, ice cream, and Quinta do Crasto olive oil pearls with griottines will be served with Crasto 10-Year-Old Tawny Port. This Port has offers aromatic complexity and notes of honey, fig and subtle spices. On the palate, it reveals great freshness and excellent balance, ending the dinner with harmony and elegance.

The Wine Dinner experience costs €85 per person, with water, coffee or tea included.

The One Restaurant is open every day for dinner between 7pm and 10pm.
