The artist explores the Algarve’s diverse coastline, from stretches of fine sand to beaches shaped by rocks, caves and coves
Côrte-Real Gallery, located between Boliqueime and Paderne, is showcasing the work of Spanish artist Rosa Salinero Rojas, whose abstract oil paintings reflect the diverse coastline of the Algarve.

Capturing the raw beauty of the region’s natural landscape, her work translates the coastal elements into expressive compositions that highlight both movement and texture.
The exhibition, on display until the end of May, features pieces in a range of sizes, from smaller canvases to larger works. Rosa Salinero is among the artists represented by Corte Real Gallery and has previously exhibited across galleries in Spain. She currently lives in Ciudad Real and is originally from Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the Basque Country.
