From thalassotherapy and restorative retreats to serene new spa openings across the region

New spa at AP Eva Senses

The historic hotel in Faro, which is celebrating its 59th anniversary, is enhancing its offering with a new spa.

Located on the ground floor of AP Eva Senses, the spa features a relaxation area, three massage rooms and a wet area comprising a 9m indoor pool, jacuzzi, sensory shower and water jets.

In addition to this renovation, the hotel has also invested in a larger, modern gym, fully equipped with new machines.

Vilalara unveils new era of wellness

The iconic Vilalara hotel, a pioneer in thalassotherapy since 1990, is reinforcing its legacy with five innovative wellness programmes blending integrative science, holistic therapies, and discreet luxury.

Set atop the cliffs of Praia das Gaivotas, in Porches, the renewed wellness centre offers personalised experiences from stress recovery to anti-ageing, detox, and fitness. Highlights include thalassotherapy healing, mindful fitness, and bespoke retreats tailored for long-lasting results.
