The summer dining programme celebrates Tex-Mex, barbecue, and Italian and Algarve cuisine from Wednesday to Saturday
Hyatt Regency Vilamoura is taking diners on a weekly journey through international and regional cuisine with a new series of themed summer evenings at Brasa Coastal Steakhouse.
Running from July 22 until the first week of September, Flavours of the World presents a different buffet from Wednesday to Saturday, with dinner served between 6pm and 11pm.
The weekly programme begins on Wednesdays with Fiesta de Sabores, an evening dedicated to the bold flavours of Tex-Mex cuisine, featuring tacos, fajitas, quesadillas and nachos, accompanied by guacamole and freshly prepared salsas.
On Thursdays, Fire & Flavour brings the focus to the grill, with a selection of barbecue meats served alongside roasted corn, rustic potatoes and seasonal salads.
Fridays are inspired by Italy. La Dolce Vita will serve up antipasti, freshly prepared pasta, pizzas and risottos, followed by classic desserts such as tiramisù and panna cotta.
The programme concludes each Saturday with Flavours of the Algarve, celebrating the region’s culinary traditions through fresh fish and seafood, local meat dishes and desserts prepared with characteristic Algarve ingredients including almonds, figs and carob.
According to the hotel, the new concept has been created to showcase authentic flavours and quality ingredients whilst encouraging guests to enjoy shared dining throughout the summer.
The buffet costs €35 per person, excluding drinks. Children aged up to 12 dine free when accompanied by a paying adult, limited to one complimentary child per adult.
Advance booking is recommended. Reservations can be made by calling +351 289 371 234 or emailing [email protected].
