Sessions include moonlight yoga, tea ceremonies and access to the spa’s thermal circuit
Viceroy at Ombria Algarve has launched a new series of outdoor well-being experiences inspired by the lunar cycle, designed to take place under the full moon.
The Full Moon Rituals programme will be held at the resort’s spa on select dates: May 1, June 29, July 29, August 28 and September 26.
Each session includes moonlight yoga, a guided tea ceremony and access to the spa’s thermal circuit, lit by candlelight. Guests can also choose between a glass of sparkling wine or a fresh smoothie.
The rituals mark the spa’s first anniversary, with a concept designed to limit external distractions and promote a more relaxed, focused state of mind.
Set in the Barrocal countryside in Loulé, the spa sits in a quiet valley, offering clear night skies where the moon plays a central role in the experience.
Rather than traditional treatments, the sessions focus on aligning well-being with the lunar cycle and surrounding landscape.
Each event is limited to 20 participants, with prices from €85 per person.
