Full Moon Rituals at Ombria
At The Spa at Viceroy Ombria Algarve, Full Moon Rituals bring lunar-inspired wellness to the Algarve with a series of evening experiences guided by nature.
Held under the full moon, the sessions invite guests to slow down and reconnect through a programme including moonlight yoga, tea ceremonies, candlelit access to the thermal pools, and a glass of bubbly or wellness smoothie.
Taking place on June 29, July 29 and August 28, from 7pm to 10.30pm, each session is limited to 20 participants.
Priced at €85 per person, the experience marks the spa’s first anniversary with a focus on balance, relaxation and mindful ritual.
International Yoga Day at Vila Vita Parc
Vila Vita Parc is marking International Yoga Day on June 21 with a full programme of wellness experiences celebrating movement, breath, and connection with nature.
Hosted by the Vila Vita Spa by Sisley Paris, the schedule includes ocean-view Morning Vinyasa Flow sessions, Aerial Yoga, Family Yoga, Yoga Dance, and Hatha Yoga accompanied by live sound vibrations.
Open to all levels, the event welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors.
Places are limited and advance booking is required.
